Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Yes, At least a one week stay is required.

Are there any discounts for booking longer?

Yes, a 5% discount will be given for a 4-7 week rental. An additional 5% discount will be given for an 8 week rental (2 months) or greater. Rental rates for 8 weeks or longer are negotiable.

What are the deposit rules?

A 20% non-refundable deposit of the rental rate is required at booking. A Credit card is also required for security deposit and any damages will be charged the card on file.

When is the balance due on my booking?

The balance is due 60 days prior to reservation start date.

What is the cancellation policy?

A written notice must be received 60 days prior to your reservation date to receive a refund. Management reserves the right to cancel any reservation with a 30 day notice.

What is the check in and check out times?

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m. If you should need an earlier or later check in or check out, be sure to check with office as we may be able to accommodate you.

What can I expect in my condo for amenities?

The Boardwalk amenities are top notch. When we say “fully furnished” we mean it. Our units contain everything you will need to relax and enjoy your stay on the beach.
Some of the items included in your unit are:

  • Dishwasher
  • Washer & Dryer
  • Microwave
  • Color TV
  • Ice Maker
  • Garbage disposal
  • Refrigerator
  • Self cleaning oven
  • Linens (bedding and bath)
  • Coffee Pot
  • Blender
  • Dishes, pots, pans, glasses, silverware, plates, etc
  • Plus all kinds of little accessories, spatulas, colanders and those vegetable peeler thingies
  • Wireless Internet Service

Undoubtedly we probably won’t have everything you do at home but we try to come close!

Can I bring my furry friend?

Sorry, NO PETS allowed at any time.

Is there a sales tax?

Yes, all rates subject to 12% sales tax which is included in the rate.

May I allow guests during my stay?

Yes, but additional guests must register with manager and are subject to additional fees.
Failure to do so may immediately end rental agreement.

Is there a cleaning fee?

Yes, please add a cleaning fee of $150 – $200 per stay.

I would like to rack up credit card miles, can I use my card to purchase my reservation?

Yes, but there will be a $25 administration fee charged for use of a credit card.

I will be towing my boat down, can I store it onsite?

Sorry, NO BOATS may be parked on the condominium property. Please make arrangements at a local marina. Also, NO GASOLINE CONTAINERS may be stored anywhere on the condominium property.
